Kill Kuato

I have not posted in a while. Been hunting, running,  enjoying time with Bro in law up from El Sal, and trying to learn Bachata. Kick ass Pareja out of Tampa.

Well last weekend I busted my ass doing 50 miles over about 3.5 hrs on my ten speed, so I decided to bust my ass again coming up on Sept 27th. 100 Miler! Last year I did the 25 mile version of Mike Utleys Bike o’rama on my crappy mountain bike. I also took a shot at a cow elk with my longbow this last Thursday, but just missed. It was a down hill shot up at Grouse Springs. Arrow went right under his belly.

Attended my highschool reunion. It was a trip to see my first prom date. She was dressed right out of 1981, in a white blouse with fluffy shoulders. It seemed like a Stephen King Movie. Saw some others but not that many since I did not socialize much in Highschool.

About 2 years ago had a wonderful trip with my loving wife to San Francisco. Was thinking about that trip today.  Her brother Jesé is coming up and we are excited!

Well near the end of the day. some staff guides started to celebrate their day off weekend in a long time. They drove us to Happy Valley, area of the falls to cast for salmon off the beach. We took the lodges, old 4×4 Chevrolet. One can drive out on the beach here in the Alaska Frontier, so they did it drunk.  Howie, one of the lodge guides, decided to get in a tussle with Bob. It was all fun n games until Bob got dumped in the water.  He could take it though, he scored a salmon King x2!
