\n9 months post-op.\u00a0 The infamous and first “Try a Tri” at lake Chelan. I was humbled. Plenty of amateurs, There was even a Borat looking guy with shorts over his navel, mask and snorkel. He was even competing to get in front of others at the start of the swim before the gun went off. Mtn Bike ftw!<\/p>\n
\n1 yr 4 mos post op. Clunky Mountain bike. I was soo slow, I had police escort at the last mile due to course closure. One in front, one in back.\u00a0 Then I had to run again. Mtn Bike ftw!<\/p>\n
