Whoa HO ho I am sore. Felt stable on the swim, weak on the bike, and a dead man in the desert on the run. I walked like 8 miles of the run. Won 8th to last place. Ahead of two 50 something females, and 3 hours ahead of the last gal. A serious two thumbs up to her for finishing 11 hrs! Training..Bike Bike Bike Bike \/rinse REPEAT!<\/p>\n

They have chosen the worst photographer for this year, oh well, here is a pic, and no, that is not a Mullet I am wearing from 1987. It is a bandanna I wore to guard my neck from the sun. Kept it drenched too with ice water at stops to keep core body temp down.<\/p>\n
