{"id":210,"date":"2008-04-12T14:07:43","date_gmt":"2008-04-12T22:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saxoch.ixtabai.com\/?p=72"},"modified":"2009-04-24T22:06:01","modified_gmt":"2009-04-25T02:06:01","slug":"god-i-miss-powerful-music","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuato.ixtabai.com\/?p=210","title":{"rendered":"<!--:en-->God I miss Powerful Music<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:en-->Music died for me along with <a href=\"http:\/\/killkuato.com\" target=\"_blank\">kuato on 11\/29\/06 R.I.P.<\/a> -I lost my left hearing.<\/p>\n<p>One of the last bands that I allowed to baptize my stereo hearing before losing it was <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Deftones\" target=\"_blank\">DEFTONES<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I had been living out of the country when I first heard them. I had met a Salvadoran Fan of Deathmetal who wanted to trade me some old Maiden tapes. He offered me sepultura, all the death metal bands from south america and others. I told him something I wanted something a little &#8220;mas tranquilo&#8221;, so he offered me a tape called White Pony.<\/p>\n<p>I had not been into music since 89-94 sound garden days and it absolutely blew my mind. It was only one of 2 bands that I thought evolutionized the alternative music scene of late 80s.
