woke up at about 10:00, then took a soothing nap at 10:05.
no headache! calm, reserved. slo mo still.

spent 30 mins on hold listening to blue cross music, called biosports in Wenatchee, a PT is supposed to be calling me back.

am now going to tackle the shower and my moms “sap moss” shampoo-will see if it doesn’t get stuck in my staples like peanut butter this time. Will attempt a “ghost float” outside today.
