I just got back from shooting the shit with a good friend at work named Casey. We were talking about the Translab traditional approach to resection of the tumor where they take out your mastoid (that round bone behind your ear) and replace it with tummy fat so your cerebral spinal fluid doesn’t leak out.

Casey is an ultimate fighter. We talked about how it wouldn’t be that cool if your opponent found out about that weakness and started to “finger around”.

I won’t be getting translab, mine will be either a retrosigmoid approach or less invasive endoscopy. With the endo, they don’t have to retract your cerebellum – Imagine that dropping on the floor during the operation. HEY! DONT STEP ON THAT!!
